Since Ms. Liu had worked in the semiconductor display industry before she worked a patent engineer, Ms. Liu has profound theoretical foundation in the field of electricity. Ms. Liu has been focusing on drafting patent applications, preparing responses to office actions, patent invalidation and search, patent mining and analysis, etc.
Ms. Liu has in-depth research on the technical field of semiconductor, integrated circuit, electronic circuit and so on and she can offer all-around intellectual property relevant services to the clients at home and abroad.
Ms. Liu holds a M.E. and a B.E. in Materials Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
