Mr. Chen is experienced in a broad range of practices, such as drafting patent application documents, preparing responses to office actions, patent searches, patent-mining and so on. There are many technical fields that Mr. Chen is proficient in, such as semiconductors, electronic circuits, automatic control, machinery, telecommunication, etc.
Being equipped with solid theoretical basis and practical experiences in electricity, Mr. Chen used to be in charge of the implementation of many patented navigation projects. By conducting patent analysis on related industries and R&D areas, Mr. Chen has helped enterprises to define the direction and priorities of industrial innovation.
