Mr. Zhu focuses his practice on mechanical software, artificial intelligence, motor manufacturing and control, intelligent manufacturing and so on. He’s proficient in patent invalidation, infringement proceeding in terms of machinery, software, artificial intelligence, as well as patent-mining and layout, FTO, preparing responses to office actions, translation, etc. He has working experience in manufacturing enterprise, Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of the Patent Office, CNIPA and many well-known law firms.
Mr. Zhu holds a B.E. in mechanical engineering and automation from Beijing Information Science and Technology University and an M.E. in industrial engineering from Beihang University.
