Mr. Liu has rich theoretical foundation and practical experiences in machinery; he focuses on several technical fields such as aircraft, vehicles, rail transportation, petrochemical, mechanical and electrical equipment, etc. Mr. Liu has competency in drafting patent application documents, patent-mining and analysis, preparing responses to office actions, translation and so on.
Mr. Liu is familiar with patent law and patent examination system in China and occidental countries, which guaranteed his ability to provide comprehensive IP consulting services and patent portfolio handling to clients all over the world.
Prior to joining YUHONG, Mr. Liu worked as an R&D engineer in a research institute of aeronautical industrial connection technology.
Mr. Liu holds a B.E. in aircraft manufacturing from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
