Ms. Chang started her career in patent agency in 2012. Ms. Chang focuses her practice on patent harvesting, drafting and prosecution as well as finalizing translations of various application documents. Ms. Chang has significant experience in drafting response to office action in the substantive examination proceedings, handling reexamination and invalidation cases. Ms. Chang has also worked on a variety of patent infringement analysis, patent information retrieval and analysis.
There are many technical fields that Ms. Chang is skilled in, such as chemical engineering, bioengineering, pharmacy engineering, food and environmental engineering, etc.
Ms. Chang holds an M.E. in Food Chemistry from Hunan Agricultural University and a B.E. in Food Science and Engineering from ShanXi Agricultural University.
