Mr. Wu has vast experience in drafting and translating patent application documents, preparing responses to office actions, handling invalidation, IP-related administrative cases, and infringement lawsuits. Mr. Wu is qualified to appear in court to deal with patent cases. Mr. Wu is also extensively involved in assisting enterprises in devising feasible patent protection strategies and giving training sessions on IP issues to enterprises and IP professionals.
Mr. Wu has developed extensive patent practice in the fields of chemical engineering (including petrochemical engineering, coal chemical engineering, household and personal care chemicals, fine chemical engineering, pharmaceutical chemicals, etc.), biochemical engineering, materials engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical machinery, etc.
As a pioneer of Chinese patent attorneys, Mr. WU is acknowledged for his outstanding personal performance through 37 years of IP law practice and also for his great contribution to the development of Chinese IP attorney industry.
