Ms. Zhong’s practice encompasses a wide range of IP areas, including drafting application documents for patents in various technical fields of electronic and electrical engineering, preparing responses to office actions, patent search and monitoring, patent infringement assessment, due diligence investigation for the purpose of M&A and IPO, formulating comprehensive strategies and policies concerning overall patent and trademark protection for domestic and overseas companies.
Ms. Zhong is proficient in handling patent cases in the technical fields of computer, telecommunications, semiconductor and photo electricity, particularly in multimedia communication, digital image processing, digital printing, wireless communication, communication protocol, image capture, and digital security.
