Her technical expertise covers organic chemistry, materials chemistry, chemical processes, biology, and medicine.
Professional Experience
Ms. Huang has been immersed in patent agency work since 2018. Prior to that, she gained experience in translating patent-related documents at a translation company. She successfully passed the qualification examination for a patent attorney in 2021 and possesses a robust theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience in the patent business, particularly in chemical materials, organic chemistry, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Her primary areas of expertise include translating foreign-related new applications, proofreading, responding to office action for foreign-related new applications, as well as drafting, patent search, and handling examination opinions and reexamination for domestic new applications.
Before joining Yuhong, Ms. Huang dedicated over 5 years to a patent agency where she provided comprehensive patent case services and intellectual property consulting services to numerous domestic and foreign clients. Notably, she has served major clients such as Jushi Group, Shaanxi Lite Optoelectronic Materials Company Limited, Coal Design Institute, Wanhua Chemical Group Company Limited, and Hai Zheng Pharmaceutical.
