Mr. Chen's service areas mainly include: chemical industry, materials, biomedicine, food and so on. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, specializing in handling patent applications and patent litigation legal affairs. He has long provided intellectual property legal services for many domestic and foreign enterprises, and has represented a large number of patent applications and patent invalidation cases, and has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of intellectual property. At the same time, Mr. Chen is familiar with the patent laws and patent examination systems of China, Europe and the United States, and has rich experience in defending domestic and foreign patents, and is able to provide domestic and foreign clients with comprehensive patent case handling and consulting services in respect of Chinese and foreign patent applications. In addition to this, he has experience in handling OEM litigation cases.
Mr. Chen has served clients such as China CNR, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Institute of Microbiology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sinopec, and others.
Mr. Chen obtained M.S. in Organic Chemistry and B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University.
