Ms. WANG has been a dedicated member of YUHONG since 2015, focusing on the prosecution and protection of intellectual property rights. With over a decade of professional experience in the IP field, she has built a remarkable career. As a partner at YUHONG, she has held key positions such as Director of the Legal Department and Director of the International Trademark Department. In these roles, she has personally managed or supervised numerous IP cases, cultivating extensive theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
Ms. WANG excels at resolving trademark disputes and infringement issues through both administrative and judicial channels. She has successfully handled a variety of complex litigation and non-litigation cases with outstanding results. Her experience spans working on series of IP prosecution and litigation cases for prominent domestic and international multinational corporations.
Additionally, Ms. WANG serves as a long-term IP consultant for renowned publicly listed companies, providing strategic guidance and legal advice on intellectual property matters.
