Ms. Jin has successfully tried matters of patent drafting and prosecution as well as in finalizing translations of various application documents. Ms. Jin has worked on complex case involving drafting response to office action in the substantive examination proceedings, in handling reexamination. Ms. Jin also worked on making patent information retrieval and analysis.
Ms. Jin has a very profound technical background in biology, genetics, molecular biology, bio-pharmaceutical, etc.
Prior to joining YUHONG, Ms. Jin worked as a patent attorney at CN Know-How IP Group and as an assistant to Patent Attorney at Beijing Qian Cheng Wu Zhou IP Law Firm. Prior to that, Ms. Jin interned at China HYFON Credit Service (Beijing) Company. Ms. Jin was firstly worked as an education consultant at Tian Tong English. Ms. Jin holds an M.S. in Biochemistry from Beijing Forest University and a B.S. in Bioscience from Liaoning University.
