Ms. Liang has a deep theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in patent practice in the field of chemistry, biology and medicine. Her main areas of expertise include the drafting of new patent applications, patent search, patent mining and analysis, examination opinion response, reexamination, etc. Before joining YUHONG, Ms. Liang worked in patent agency and law firm successively, with 4.5 years of experience in patent agency work, she is familiar with patent law, trademark law, copyright law, and has experience in patent and trademark process work. In addition, she has written more than 200 invention patents, responded to more than 500 examination opinions, participated in patent reexamination and patent mining work, and has rich experience in patent writing and examination.
